Gypsyoven has been operating along the East Coast of Australia since 1997. With its unique woodfired gourmet style food it is well recognised and has proven to be a long running success.

"Big Day Out", "Homebake", "Woodford Festival", "Coffs Coast Food and Wine Festival", Byron Bay Blues Festival", "Splendor in the Grass", "Bellingen Global Carnival", Bellingen Jazz Festival", Canberra National Folk Festival" Glenworth Valley Festival", "Bondi Sunburn Christmas Party" ... and many more.

Owner / operator Rick U. Rickenbach is a baker and pastry chef with 35 years experience in the food industry and has a solid background of the business. Rick has conducted cooking and baking workshops and has also trained apprentices.

He also won the Best Business Award in 1994 for "The Bellingen Swiss Patisserie and Bakery". In 2001 Rick U. Rickenbach won the "Stand of Excellence Award" at the Coffs Coast Food and Wine Festival for Gypsy Oven.
