Owner / operator
Rick U. Rickenbach is a baker and pastry chef with 35 years experience
in the food industry and has a solid background of the business.
Rick has conducted cooking and baking workshops and has also trained
apprentices.
He
also won the Best Business Award in 1994 for "The Bellingen
Swiss Patisserie and Bakery". In 2001 Rick U. Rickenbach won
the "Stand of Excellence Award" at the Coffs Coast Food
and Wine Festival for Gypsy Oven.
